Frequently asked questions

What about COVID-19?

We don't know any more about the future than anyone else. We do understand the possibility of another series of shutdowns across the country if/when cases of Coronavirus increase.
There is a chance that the wedding will be reduced to a very private one in the situation that it doesn't feel safe to host all our guests in Oregon. If we have to make changes to our guest list we will reach out to you and will provide more information as it comes.

Where is the Wedding?

Mt Pisgah, Eugene, Oregon A beautiful arboretum and local hiking hotspot. Ceremony will be in the shade under a large tree in grass.

What should I wear?

The dress attire is mildly formal, nothing out of the ordinary. The venue is very open and airy with an outdoor dance floor and ceremony

What's the weather like in Eugene in July?

Typically its pretty warm. The average high for this time of year is about 80 but it isn't unusual to get up to 90. It could drop down to 70 or lower by the end of the celebration. Sunset is at 8:56pm

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

Yes! But we have a maximum of 4 children per family to ensure that we can invite all of our friends and families

What about gifts?

If you are thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, the gift of cash toward purchasing a home or helping for our Honeymoon is appreciated. However, if you prefer to purchase or make a gift, feel free to surprise us in your own way!
